She may only be 22-years-old, but Belinda has already built herself quite an empire. The Latin pop diva regularly employs assistants, publicists, and studio musicians, many of whom are now filing lawsuits about unpaid invoices.
Amazingly, 16 ex-Belinda employees have filed claims against the star over money disputes. And, according to People en Espa?ol, that may be just the tip of the iceberg. They predict that even more hired hands will be taking grievances to their local attorney's office.
But interestingly, it's not just Beli the staffers are after. It is believed the real gripes are with her parents, who were managing Belinda's bank accounts during her very lucrative teen years.
So far, no one from Beli's family has spoken out against the charges. But it looks like they'll have to pipe up soon. If this doesn't get resolved quickly, mom, dad, and daughter may find themselves in court!
